Another all spring level. This time there is a tall stack of buses between you and the finish platform. The solution is to step the wheel up the springs. Start with a RH spring and then a LH spring (up and to the right), then a RH spring (up and to the left) and finally another RH (up and to the right). You may need a few goes to tweak the spring positions. But if you can get the wheel onto the top of the buses then it will roll itself onto the finish.
