Here the start and finish are right next to each but separated by a series of walls and platforms that divide the stage into four. The levels key feature is a "turntable" in the middle of the stage. The "turntable" has one entrance and an exit with a rotating paddle. This level also introduces a conveyor prop; a flat platform that pushes the wheel in one direction. To complete the level start by placing the conveyor next to the starting platform. Placing a ramp next to the conveyor will push the wheel up the ramp. Next place a spring at the end of the ramp. This will bounce the wheel up to another spring just inside the opening to the upper quarter. Add a LH ramp next to the entrance to the turntable and a spring above and to the right of the gap. Combined these two props will deliver the wheel to the turntable. The rotating paddle will push the wheel out the other side with just enough momentum to drop into the final quarter. From there all you need is a ramp to run the wheel gently down to the finish.
