Definitely the fussiest of the early levels. You need the catch the run off from the RH ramp with a LH ramp and it needs to be positioned so the wheel won't run right off the RH end. The other tricky part is positioning the RH spring on the far left edge. You'll note I've had to place it near the top of the hint which is obviously different from what I had during development. This is why I noted in the instructions that the hints are only guides.

No matter what your solution doesn't work. I have even tried tracing the solution and the highest I can get is 220.
how does the point scoring
how does the point scoring work. i have come up some nice solutions(all following the hints and using all props) which all work smoothly but the points dont seem to get me through. either i don't understand the finer details or it is quite random

Apologies! The solution I originally posted omitted a vital prop required to complete the level. The revised solution definitely works.

Just tried it again. It took me 3 goes tweaking the position of the springs. But it was still pretty close to my screenshot and reached the target score.
