This seems to be the level that most players get stuck on. It requires that you arrange the props to maximize bonus points. If you haven't read or understood the instructions you won't get the required bonus points to achieve the target. Specifically you use two RH springs followed by two LH springs. This will earn you the 120 bonus points required to advance.
