You've come this far so I'm sure you won't want leave regardless of how fiddly it might be. Well this is similar to the last level. Make a circle surrounding the wheel. The closer you can get to perfect circle then the more hope you have of reaching the target.. To reach the target your circle needs to be designed so it allows a unique sequence of 14 bumpers to be created some of the time (watch the numbers for a fourteen). You have plenty of bumpers so don't let the gaps get too big while remembering the more bumpers you use the harder it will be to get a perfect circle. Good luck!
